02.11.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3255- the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, overall  the finish as well maintained exhibiting some spotting, tonal variation, small nicks, abrasions and light wear as commensurate with use, gilded mounts are present with some mellowing and spotting, all appear securely attached, drawers slide smoothly and reveal fabric lined interiors, both side drawers/storage exhibit staining to the fabric liners, I note small wood nicks to drawer edges, the mirror is intact with no chips or cracks, overall no major loss or defects observed
