5.3.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1139- as described, the lamp was observed operating, the metal support under the top, where the shade rests, is slightly bent/dented, the shade does have some chipping at that top rim, however this is concealed by the top cover/metal cap, please see images for review, otherwise there are no other apparent chips, cracks or major loss to the lamp, only some light surface wear
