2.15.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 098- The work was examined in frame and under glass, please pardon the reflection of the overhead lighting, I did not examine the work out of the frame, and do not know if it is mounted on the interior I note some wrinkling to paper and what appears to be bending at one corner, paper edges are toned, there is what may be a very small tear at upper right margin
