02.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1518: I note that the sofa is intact and structurally sturdy, similarly to the matching chairs, the upholstery is well-maintained, being tautly bound to frame with firm cushioning, secure piping and seams, and retaining at buttons at tufting points, I do not presently observe staining, there are minor chips and abrasions to the frame commensurate with use, and a split to the exterior of one of the arms
