08.13.25: In my opinion: As described the seat cushion has several tears to one side, both sides being upholstered in varied fabrics (see images), and the back left corner of the seat back has a minor hole that remain stable, I note that the couch is structurally sturdy throughout, the cream fabric having an overall uniform tone with some scattered minor spotting and staining, particularly at the lower edge of skirt (see images), which are typical and commensurate with age and use, the pillows at seat back cushions are free from observed tearing or holes, the back cushions with some minor loose threads, upholstery remains tautly bound and secure throughout seams, the faceted finials with remnants of a previous gilt finish
