Chinese Canton famille rose porcelain vase, now fashioned as a three-light table lamp, baluster vase with scrolled rose vinery on parcel gilt ground, spaced with reserves of imperial courtly figures, and birds among flowers, rising on metal base in a bronze patina, observed operating, vase: approx 23.5"h, 10.5"diam, overall with shade: approx 47.5"h, 18.5"diam, 30.5lbs **Provenance: From the Byram Family's Above Stratford Mansion. John Byram, a prominent Austin-based real estate developer, and his late wife Sally Byram curated this French Provincial style estate with the help of notable architects and interior designers. The home has remained untouched since Sally's untimely passing in 2006, serving as a testament to her taste for sophistication and craftsmanship**

Condition

03.13.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 2333: As described lamp was observed operating, I am not able to view the rim or interior vase or underfoot due to fittings, examination includes to visible portions of the porcelain only, a careful UV examination is rather unremarkable revealing only some dirt, grime and old sticker residue, I note some overall inherent pitting, glaze imperfections, small losses, rubs and wear to paint, with some possible inpainting, sockets and cord show age, metal mounts and foot are securely attached exhibiting only some patination and spotting
