10.24.24-As described one panel is lacking lower hinge, screen still stands securely, the gilt finish of the carved reserves is overall well-preserved, having areas of typical spotting and tonal variation commensurate with light patination, several of the figural scenes having typical minor splits, one of the fan-form cartouche at the lower register of panels has central minor splits but remains sturdy and intact, the adjacent cartouche with phoenix having a small area of splits with minor lifting at the upper right quadrant, close visual and UV light examinations do not reveal evidence of restoration or gilt touch ups, there are a sparse number of typical minute nicks and abrasions near edges commensurate with age and use
