02.21.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 712: As described there are splits to the top, several of which appear to have been lightly filled or reinforced, and there is restoration to both ends of the cross stretcher, I note that the table is presently intact and structurally secure, there is a small glue repair to the tabletop, there are small chips around the perimeter of tabletop edges, as well as to the upper and lower edges of the apron, the inlaid banding is well-preserved, there is surface wear concentrated to the supports and feet, such as abrasions, minor chips, and scuffs, and one of the paw feet has a fill to area of loss but does not seem to affect structural integrity
