10/20/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 2230- the cabinet is in sturdy and stable condition, inherent to its corner construction it currently leans slightly to the rear and is intended to be positioned within a corner and secured to the wall, the exterior case exhibits expected wood wear, minor losses, nicks, rubs and finish wear, with some age-related shrinkage and separation to joints, doors operate as intended with the lower right being a bit tight, hinges may be later replacements or additions, one upper door appears to exhibit an old pieced wood repair to the interior face, the painted interior shows wear, rubs and small losses, shelving is stable with remnants of added trim or supports, likely intended to accommodate plates or wares, backboards exhibit expected gapping and separation consistent with age and shrinkage, overall the cabinet retains a strong rustic character with wear and minor losses commensurate with age, construction and utilitarian use
