02.07.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 2089: I note that the mirror is presently intact, the frame securely encasing flat mirror plate, which exhibits typical minute silver loss and spotting, and is currently free from observed chips or hairlines/ fractures (not examined outside frame), the frame with typical tonal variations, and minor surface wear such as small nicks, chips, and light abrasions commensurate with age and use
