09/15/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 2152- please note that hanging hardware may have been added since the time of photography, the mirror is Louis Philiippe period (mid 19th century) and seems to retain either the original or an early diamond dust mirror, the mirror plate is free of chips or cracks, it is with some scattered spotting, hazing and rectangular blemishes throughout, the frame is overall intact with mellowing to gilded surface, there are some small nicks, chips and rubs with some scattered visible gesso, beaded trim is large and present, overall the mirror is impressive in size and exhibits wear commensurate with age and display
