07/06/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 1085: Please note that we are not experts on geological specimens nor do we have a gemologist on staff, as such I cannot speak to any finishes that may have been applied to the botryoidal clusters, however I do observe a substance at the central interior that appears almost wet, possibly being related to a finishing agent (see images), close visual and UV light examinations also reveal professional stabilizations, including to the polished face, as are typical, these stabilizations ensure at smooth, solid surface and are mostly only visible under a blacklight
