German silver (content unknown) mounted vase, crystal trumpet-form vase with cut octagon pattern framing central panels of wheel-cut flowers, supported by a silver frame with pierced rocaille and c-scrolls, pictorial reserves with figural genre scenes, on a spreading circular foot composed of flowers and latticework, Hanau pseudo hallmarks crowned G and cross, further stamped Germany, solder repair to frame underfoot, approx 19"h, 9"diam, 11.83ozt (weighable silver only), 9lbs total **Provenance: A prominent Terrytown, Austin, Texas estate**
