09/15/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 3124- the cabinet is overall in stable and sturdy condition, as intended the paint shows distressing throughout, there are further scattered small losses, paint wear, visible gesso, some nicks and abrasions to wood, mostly edges, with a small one noted to top right trim, the top shows a blemish to the left side, there are two very small drill holes at the lower left near the left side door. I am unsure if there was a mount or element here at one time, one escutcheon needs a small nail, the interior shelving and drawers retain a worn paper liner, shelving is stable, the cabinet presents well, it is rustic in nature with a distressed finish, showing wear commensurate with age and use
