Condition

08.10.2026-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1129- please note that I am not an expert on Japanese bronzes, so have taken numerous images for your review, the jardiniere appears overall intact, the rim and foot are slightly misshapen with associated denting, the patina exhibits expected tonal variation with spotting, light surface wear, rubs and pitting, there are small nicks to the rim, the interior exhibits wear commensurate with use including oxidation, verdigris patination and staining, I am uncertain whether the bottom is original to the vessel or if it has been repaired, please review the accompanying images of the base, overall the jardiniere presents well with imperfections and wear consistent with age and use
