03.07.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1301: I note that the mirror and all framing glass are presently intact and structurally secure, I observe hazing and spotting, and minor silver loss only minutely appearing near edges of foliated scroll elements, I observe a few minor chips to edges of some mirrored pieces, there is an imperfection or flaw under the glass along the left hand edge, and the mirror is retaining all floriforms screws, although some are difficult to adjust due to oxidation of the underlying metal, I do not currently observe fractures to the mirror, which would benefit from a light cleaning, and there is minor surface wear such as minor abrasions
