01.20.26: As described the fixture is in need of wiring, I note that the chandelier is structurally secure throughout, the molded glass elements are overall well-retained, with a few typical scattered losses, including some small areas of visible underlying chicken wire, additionally there are sparse, minor chips to some of the florals, as are typical and commensurate with age and use, the metal frame having patination/ oxidation with some scattered spots of flaked losses of the black finish
