1.11.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 868: I note that the painting is intact and the frame structurally sturdy, with the canvas remaining taut, and the signature is legible, I observe an area of loss to the paint in the lower central region near the left side edge that has been inpainted, examination under UV light reveals that there are multiple areas of minor inpainting to the sky, particularly to the right side of the figures on horseback, craquelure throughout background
