10/20/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT : 2463- please note I am not an expert on such works, as described the sheet was not examined out of frame, therefore I am unable to determine how it is mounted or the condition of the edges and other portions concealed beneath the frame, a UV light examination reveals overall toning, scattered spotting and small stains, with finer areas observed through the sky and clouds and somewhat larger areas of staining primarily concentrated to the lower right and lower left edge, examination with a loupe reveals scattered debris beneath the glass, the image surface exhibits a few  faint linear abrasions, a possible minute hole or loss near the tree trunk, although due to the glazing I cannot determine with certainty whether this is actual loss or debris, the frame retains a heavy painted finish with nicks, rubs, small wood divots and general wear, please refer to online images for a view of the reverse, overall the work presents well with age-related toning, spotting, staining and light surface wear as described, the work was not examined out of frame
