1.7.26-In my opinion regarding LOT: the sofa presents is overall intact and structurally sound, the cushions remain supportive and comfortable, the leather is free from any apparent major rips or tears, I observe one very small area at the upper right corner at back that appears possibly touched up, as illustrated in the accompanying image, there is visible tonal variation, mellowing, natural creasing, and some deeper impressions to the leather and underlying foam, possibly from storage, a few minor spots are present, the wood frame exhibits light wear including minor abrasions and small nicks primarily concentrated along the edges, the carved lion mask mounts with drop rings remain securely attached, all mentioned commensurate with storage and gentle use
