12.31.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 123- The noted leg restoration is on the upright situated right above at the rear leg, please see the images, the wood frame is intact with some small areas of wood wear, mars and finish loss, the floral basket at central apron may be reduced, I am unsure, please see images, I note only some minor spotting and light discoloration to the upholstery, there are not apparent rips or tears, the visible cane is overall intact with some typical small fraying and minor breaks, the couch sits well and comfortably in my opinion<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
