08.25.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 2366: I note that the table stands sturdy, the legs appearing secure at joinery to tabletop, the leather inset remains securely bound with typical tonal variations associated with patination and minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, the drawer operates smoothly with contact paper lined interior, the banded trim with a few small fills and segments of loss (see images), all being typical and overall minor, I observe some small stable splits to the veneer, which are consistent with late 19th century origin, and there is a minute degree of old woodworm evidence commensurate with origin
