12.1.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2302- the commode is in stable and sturdy condition, marble top is with typical small and minor roughness/tiny chips along edges, it is intact an old? professional? restoration and some typical minor filled stabilization to inherent flaws in the stone, on the left there are two spots that vary in color, they may be filled, all typical, the case is largely clean with some small nicks, rubs, tonal variation and light spotting, drawers slide well, interiors show some spotting and dirt, metal pulls are present with some rubs and wear to gilt finish, I am unable to fully access side panels, please refer to online images for full views, it appears with light color variation, front legs are intact with evidence of old wood worm, there is a glue repair to one foot scroll, and fill to another, both stable at this time, all mentioned minor and commensurate with the origin, age, and use of the commode
