5.21.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 4260-The structure is sturdy and doors open smoothly, the key operates the lock, beveled glass panels are intact with no noted chips or cracks, shelving rest comfortably upon supports on interior and is secure, there is a minute, small chip at the back corner of one shelf, it is very minor, mirrored bottom is intact, and then there is additional storage below that bottom shelf, the three marble tops are all intact with some minor very small, minor, abrasions, and small chipping at corners/edges, inlays are present throughout, and gilt bronze mounts are intact with only some typical patination, mellowing, rubs and spotting, all commensurate with use, please see attached images for your review.
