9.5.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1575- The clock stands sturdy, as described the putti figure is lacking, a flame or element in the raised hand, the lid lifts off and interior as pictured, I note some dirt and wear to enameled numeral areas, the Three Grace figures show some patination and spotting to gilding, and some Verde patination at feet, marble base is fully intact with some typical abrasions and small chips along edges, we have never had a clock as this consigned to us, the top lifts off, the key winding is at interior, upper wheel is 15 minutes, lower wheel is hours, the chime operates when upper wheel is manually turned, could not get the wheel to start when rotated, again we are not experts on clocks such as this so are unable to assess the operational status
