10.24.24-I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, as described there are filled holes along the back edge from an upper case that is no longer present, there is an inherent tonal variation throughout the case, the drawers operating smoothly, with patination of the metal pulls, the carved elements are remarkably well preserved and are currently free from observed losses, I observe a small number of minute veneer chips and nicks, mostly contained to cabinet door trim and edges of drawers, which are typical and commensurate with age and use
