10.27.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3144-Due to its cramped gallery location, I am unable to access the sideboard straight on fully, please refer to online images for a full frontal view, the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top is intact with only some typical very minor abrasions noted along molded edge, the sealant has slightly yellowed throughout the entire top surface and there is some surface wear to the top, the case is clean with only very minor minimal wood wear, rubs, a few small nicks, interior drawers and cabinets are largely clean, no major loss observed, all mentioned commensurate with use
