02.12.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1476: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top and shelves exhibit inherent natural inclusions, variations and fissures, there are varying degrees of chips along the edge of marble top, and two reinforced fractures towards the left side of marble, the lower marble-inset shelves on both sides display reinforcement of fissures and fractures, causing it to be difficult to discern between the two in some areas, I note a few areas of light restoration/ touch ups at areas of minor veneer splits or chips near the edges of large central cabinet door, there is patination of metal elements, and all drawers currently operate smoothly, as do the cabinet doors, I observe light surface wear such as minor abrasions and chips commensurate with use, additionally I note hazing to the mirrors backing side shelves
