01.18.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1351: I note that the table is intact and structurally sturdy, the glass panel of the tray is also intact and I do not observe any fractures or chips, the mounted metal exhibits patination and minor pitting, and I observe light seam separation at points of tray frame joinery, some with light fill or reinforcement, the top panel of the lower table also exhibits seam separation from the panel edge and the metal trim, I note typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions, a scuff to one of the cameos above the apron, and some shallow chips to the wood with light finish touch ups for blending
