02.14.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1218: As described the front door is lacking the panel of glass, I note that the vitrine is intact and structurally secure, the interior upholstery is overall well-retained with a few minor snags and runs, the upholstery applied to the top panel of the vitrine has some fraying and seam separation to edges, I observe patination/oxidation and tonal variation throughout the metal, as well as having some small areas of touch ups to areas with visible seams, and some minute pitting, additionally the front panel is lacking the latch element to securely close door, as well as lacking interior glass shelves, the side panels of glass remain intact
