8.26.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3523-The commode stands sturdy and drawers slide smoothly, the marble top shows some natural veining and inherent fishers, as described it is intact with a reinforced glue repair to the front left corner, and a small chip and filled repair at front right corner, metal shows some spotting and patination, paint shows some wear, rubs and abrasions, the lowest drawer center and left plaques, as well as the upper plaque on the left side, are all intact with stable hairlines, see images, plaques show some light dirt/discoloration and wear to painted accents, drawer interiors remain mostly clean, all commensurate with use and type of commode
