05-26-2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 3077- the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top is with sparse scattered minute chips along the back edge, and a few scattered abrasions to the top surface, the top would likely benefit from a good polishing, the case is largely clean exhibiting only minimal wood wear, some tonal variation, light rubs and minor imperfections, metal mounts are present with light spotting and patination, drawers and doors operate smoothly, the center drawer is a a bit tight and would likely benefit from a good waxing, inner drawers and shelving have minor stains and surface wear, the inner left door panel shows some abrasions and wear, all mentioned very minor and commensurate with age and gentle use
