09/08/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 1219: I note that the end table is structurally sturdy, the parcel-gilt edges appear a slightly darker tone than the matching table (offered as Lot 1221 in this auction), with some typical light spotting/ rubs, the leather-bound elements are overall well-preserved, with a few scattered spots of typical minor surface wear such as small peeled losses and light abrasions commensurate with age and use, drawers operate smoothly and the patterned contact paper lining is well-kept
