03.13.26- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1131- this lot and lot 1132 are in similar overall good condition, please refer to online images for most complete and best views of the sofa, and pardon the overhead lighting which causes the images to vary in color, the frame intact with joints remaining secure, the couch sits comfortably, I note only some light impressions, a few scattered picks, and a few areas of very light dirt/spotting, wood base shows a few nicks/slight rubs, no rips or tears observed, all mentioned minor and commensurate with display, gentle use and storage
