10.28.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 1198: As described there is minor chipping to the glass top, mostly contained to the corners and commensurate with contact against the frame, and the finish of the brass exhibits wear including spotting and patination, glass is free from observed fractures/ hairlines, the frame is structurally sturdy with some slight separation at the corners that remains fully secure and structurally stable
