03.24.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1312- the nightstand is in sturdy and stable condition, it shows scattered very slight areas of finish wear, minor scuffing and light nicks, much of which would likely resolve with being moisturized and cleaned with teak oil, the interior drawer shows some dirt and is in need of a good cleaning, all mentioned minor and commensurate with the mid 20thc. age of the cabinet
