CR 8.28.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT 1112: The table is intact with some loose joinery, which has been minorly reinforced with adhesive (not visible), that makes the table a bit wobbly. The parchment top exhibits tonal variations associated with staining and discoloration commensurate with use. The leather cladding of the legs remains secure and retains an overall uniform color, with minor seam separation that currently remains secure (see images). The bronze elements with mellowing and patination commensurate with age and use. Please refer to attached images
