11.28.23, 9:54 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 728: I note that the armoire is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the beveled mirror plates are also intact with the unfinished edges being slightly visible at the lower edge of the right hand side door, there is patination of the exterior hinges, and the doors currently operate smoothly and close securely, the interior drawers also open smoothly, I observe light water spots at the lower edge and apron, and light typical surface wear such as minor abrasions and scuffs<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
