10.16.23-the tapestry was examined hanging on the wall sideways, and therefore I cannot currently assess the full back of the tapestry, I note some loss to weft thread throughout and some loss to the fine stitching between transition colors causing a visible seam/opening, vertical re-woven and some restored segment segments noted to border, small areas of stitched repairs, some small holes and pulls throughout, few tears , tonal variation, spotting, and discoloration throughout. Backing appears later.
