1.1.24-In my opinion regarding: LOT – 1544- The structure currently stand sturdy, we have it secured to the ceiling, I would suggest securing it to the wall, it is monumental so I am unable to completely view the top molded foliates, the mirror plate has a wide bevel and is overall intact with only some slight surface wear noted, the wood frame base appears intact with some typical and small rubs, tonal variation, and small wood wear, particularly noted along edges, composition foliate elements show some typical areas of loss, glue restorations, and wear, all mentioned as commensurate with this type of piece and age, I have taken numerous images for your review
