Condition

5.28.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 4116-The height from the floor to the marble top is approximately 39.75” to 40”,  due to the size I am unable to fully view the top and cannot assess the crest, it appears that all pieces are present, the beveled mirror is free of chips or crecks, bevel is thick, there are a few small spots to the mirror plate scattered throughout, all fairly minor, the case and carvings overall are intact with some typical small rubs, losses, and light wear, wood displays some tonal variation, wood rubs, and small nicks, ther is a small wood loss to trim on right side (see image), the marble top appears overall intact with some small abrasions, and minute typical roughness/chipping,  interior cabinet is fairly clean, it is not apparent to me if there were ever carvings on the lower case, there are no indications of holes or previous carvings, the center drawer is sectioned, it could use a good waxing to facilitate smoother movement, there is very minor scattered evidence of old wood worm, all defects mentioned minor, and commensurate with the age of the piece in my opinion
