CR 6.12.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3162- the cabinet is in overall stable condition, top appears free of any major chips or cracks however, I cannot fully examine the center section, I do observe some light rubs, and scattered marks on top and edges, the case is sturdy exhibiting some typical small bubbling, wear, minor losses and imperfections to inlays, along with some reinforced and touched up areas, there are some light abrasions, nicks and minor wood/finish wear, there is a slight gapping to metal trim, easily resolved by hammering nails, metal is present exhibiting only some light wear and patination, doors open smoothly, interior shelving is secure with some surface wear, the case would benefit from a good cleaning
