02.05.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3126- the cabinet is overall and sturdy and stable condition, the marble top is intact with some typical light spotting/discoloration, small abrasions, roughness along edges, the wood case exhibits some small losses, rubs, nicks and light wear, inlays are present with some reinforcement, minor scattered adhesive residue and imperfections, the interior back panel shows a filled reinforcement at center (likely where panels were joined, and some stress lines, please see images, the glass shelf is intact, all mentioned minor and commensurate with age and use
