3.17.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3402- the structure is in sturdy condition, the marble top is overall intact with some typical small chips/roughness scattered along the molded edge and back as well as light abrasions, particularly noted at right side, see image, the case would likely benefit from a waxing or conditioning to the wood, it exhibits age with some tonal variation, small nicks and wear at door bottoms, a few light drips to finish, and general light wood wear, please refer to online images for views of the side panels as they are not accessible at this time, drawers and doors operate correctly, drawer interiors show some light wear and staining, interior shelving is secure, all commensurate with the age and use of the piece
