10.23.25 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3269- the structure is in stable and sturdy condition, the top is with some imperfections, small blemishes, lines and wear, see images, top and case exhibit overall light nicks, wear, a vey few small areas of minor veneer loss, and wear to painted trim, metal mounts are present with some patination, the upper center mount is securely incased but slightly loose, doors and drawers operate smoothly, drawer interiors and secure inner shelving show some ring stains, please see your requested images of the signature stamped across back of case and top, while we are not experts we believe it to likely be spurious, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
