03/17/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 1195- the cabinet is in antique rustic condition, the surface appears finished in a dark reddish brown to nearly black paint with visible wear and areas of paint loss, the side panels vary as one appears complete while the opposite shows indentation and irregularity suggesting possible modification repair or prior installation against a wall or built-in setting, the drawers appear sturdy with expected wear to edges and surfaces, the cabinet structure appears stable with some paint loss, surface abrasions, nicks and scattered small areas of wood wear, the rear panels show some gapping between boards consistent with age, overall condition is commensurate with age, use, and its rustic utilitarian nature, please refer to online images for complete views of the back, I cannot fully access at this time
