4.15.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1162-The structure is in sturdy condition, inset tops appear free of any major loss, only very minor roughness along back edge, exterior metal edges/borders have some small areas of finish wear/loss, see images, doors open correctly and interiors are as pictured with only light wear, the cabinet is free of any apparent major breaks, loss or missing elements
