10/20/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT 2185: Upon close visual examination, I note that there are some small paint losses at the edges of canvas consistent with inherent rubs/ contact against the frame, particularly at the top edge and upper right-hand corner, the central-right area with trees having a few white colored stray marks, but I do not know their origin and they appear to be on the surface as opposed to paint losses, I observe craquelure throughout, and some very slight discoloration that would likely benefit from a professional cleaning, UV light examination is unremarkable and does not reveal evidence of restoration, canvas is free from observed tearing, holes, or patches, and remains securely encased within frame, which exhibits a few typical small chips consistent with use/ hanging
