9.23.24- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3214-The structure is in sturdy condition, the thick marble top is removable, it is intact with some typical small chips concentrated primarily along lower front edges and corners, there is a slim hairline stabilized with fill at back center, this appears stable, I further note some light discoloration and spotting to the top, the wood case is reflective and white seen is simply reflection, it exhibits only very minor light wood wear and rubs, there is a small veneer chip at top right of the bottom drawer. I have taken images for your review, the drawers operate smoothly and interiors are largely clean, the top drawer lock plate is signed, the two keys present operate the lower drawers, ormolu appears present throughout with no damaged or missing sections, I note some some light mellowing, rubs, spotting, remnants of cleaning polish (easily removable), the lower left foliated handle is slightly loose, I am not an expert on such furniture so have taken multiple high-resolution images, please see the WeTransfer link below **Provenance: the contents of the prominent San Antonio Holt Family's Terrell Hills home**
