12.6.23, 2:38pm: In my opinion regarding LOT 235: I note that the item is intact and structurally sound, there is some light spotting on the inset leather, retaining a supple texture, which continues onto the wood on either side of the inset, there is light chipping to the top edge of the six-drawer superstructure, particularly on the left side edge, there is a visible split to the verso, and the recessed panel featured at the verso has lightly visible glue around the corners of trim that appears slightly ill-fitted, possibly having been repaired, there is light typical surface wear including minor abrasions and scuffs<br><br>Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
